We're seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our Data Science and AI (DSAI) team in revolutionizing stock trading and investment for Vietnamese individuals. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing Ensa - our AI-powered Virtual Investment Assistant. Ensa aims to be a trusted companion and source of inspiration for investors, simplifying complexities and helping them navigate market challenges.
Your focus will be on leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Autonomous Agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to build Ensa. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic team driving change in the world of stock trading, we want to hear from you!
Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance Ensa's interaction capabilities and information delivery.
Develop algorithms for personalizing investment experiences, predicting market trends, and optimizing investment portfolios for individual investors.
Integrate and maintain a financial knowledge base for RAG, ensuring Ensa stays updated with the latest market information.
Conduct research on market trends, historical data, and user preferences to enhance Ensa's recommendation capabilities.
Work on MLOps to deploy and maintain machine learning models in a production environment.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, NLP, quantitative trading.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development (mandatory).
Experience with Large Language Models and building recommendation systems is highly advantageous.
Experience in implementing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Robust programming skills in Python and PyTorch.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in uncovering patterns and insights within data.
A drive to continuously learn and master new technologies and methodologies (mandatory).
