Ly Gia Vien is a leader in Vietnam's culinary and hospitality sectors since 2010, specializes in premium kitchen equipment, luxurious hospitality items, and fine gourmet ingredients. We're seeking a Beverage Experience Specialist who understands the art and science of coffee and cocktails. From latte art to mixology, you'll educate, engage, and support customers while helping us lead the beverage conversation online and offline.
- Demonstrate espresso machines, grinders, brewing tools, and bar equipment.
- Train baristas and bartenders on workflow, consistency, and menu development.
- Develop educational content (videos, guides, Q&As) on Community Platform.
- Assist in sales conversations with application-specific recommendations.
- Participate in events and workshops as Ly Gia Vien's dessert expert.
- Provide insights on coffee industry trends, customer preferences, and product improvements.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Proven 2+ years in specialty coffee or craft cocktail settings.
Background in Barista training, specialty coffee, or coffee equipment is preferred.
Familiarity with beverage equipment and drink building techniques.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Flexible time. Ability to work in team and independently.
