Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
Assist in coordinating events: Prepare, pack, and deliver POSM to events and back to office.
Be present and support for the event organization as required.
Manage the point-of-sale inventory and control inflow and outflow; responsible for receiving and delivering the inventory items to outlets or to other destinations as required.
Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Line Manager.

Internship duration: 6 months (Full-time)
Open to 3rd - 4th year students in related majors or recent graduates.
High level of English, both written and spoken.
Able to work in late nights as events require.
Willingness to work in nightlife environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Proficient skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Capable of working under pressure.
