- Collect, review, and maintain accounting data from all functions
- Record daily GL entries and allocate costs, including purchase price, import taxes, and landed costs
- Handle monthly closing, including bonus accruals, depreciation, allocations,.. ; quarterly closing, including FX revaluation, slow moving provision, warranty provision, CIT, DTA,...
- Prepare tax, statistical, and internal reports, and provide financial data to support forecasting.
- Prepare VAS financial statements and IFRS/group reporting packages.
- Plan stocktake and fixed asset counts, and assist in reconciling any variances.
- Participate in improving accounting policies, procedures and group requirements
- Work closely with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and business processes run smoothly.
- Assist external & internal audits, tax health check..
- Contribute to company risk and compliance effort
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager.

- Location: HCMC
- Experience: At least 5 years in trading companies or FDI companies
- Computer skill: MS Office, familiar with ERP
- Language: Proficient in English
- Skill set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good teamwork; good time management; good communication skills; self leadership
