JOB DESCRIPTION
Our services
GMS
is dedicated to support global companies better manage the immigration and tax
aspect of their international workforce, as well as making the employee
experience more seamless. Our services including Immigration, Personal Income
Tax ("PIT"), Social Health and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI), Payroll etc.
Key
responsibilities
o Preparing
the immigration applications including visa, work permit, temporary residence
card, and other related procedures for expatriates in Vietnam
o Submitting
the applications and liaising with government authorities
o Conducting
basic legal and regulatory research in relation to immigration and labor laws
o Reviewing
and organizing legal documentation to ensure completeness and compliance as
instructed
o Performing
administrative tasks and provide other support assigned by the senior levels
o
Supporting internal
tracking systems and proper maintenance of client records and documentation
REQUIREMENTS
o
Final-year student or fresh graduate
majoring in Law, International Business, Human Resources, Business
Administration, Foreign Trade or related fields
o
Interested in immigration, expatriate
services, or international business consulting
o
Detailed-oriented, responsible, and
professional, especially when handling official documents and interacting with
government authorities
o
Good communication skills, with
confidence in using English both in writing and speaking
o
Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
o
Eager to learn, proactive, and capable
of working under pressure
o
Highly motivated individual with a
desire for growth
o
Availability to start the internship
