Support Capability Building Programs
· Assist in preparing materials and logistical arrangements for training sessions, onboarding programs, and workshops for Sales teams and office-based functions.
· Coordinate participant lists, send invitations, gather feedback, and consolidate post-training reports.
Support Talent Development Activities
· Collect, enter, and support processing of data related to talent assessments, individual development plans, and internal talent profiles.
· Monitor learning progress and help update the completion status of development programs.
Support Employee Engagement & Culture Activities
· Help brainstorm and execute employee engagement programs, internal campaigns, and team-building initiatives.
· Collaborate in designing internal communication materials (e.g., posters, emails, intranet articles) to promote company culture.
Administrative & Documentation Support
· Prepare and update various documents, reports, and presentations related to team activities.
· Support other administrative tasks as assigned to ensure timelines and quality standards are met

Yêu cầu công việc
· Undergraduate student (3rd year or above), majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
· Passionate about activities involving training, people development, and building corporate culture.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills - confident in collaborating across departments.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
· Capable of working in a bilingual environment (Vietnamese and English).
· Passionate about activities involving training, people development, and building corporate culture.
