Job summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Media Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing captivating visual content, crafting engaging written materials, and promoting our healthcare facility to both the international expat community and the local Vietnamese population. Your efforts will play a key role in expanding our customer base through strategic community engagement, influencer partnerships, and organizing or attending networking events.
Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Develop visually appealing materials, including posters, flyers, social media posts, reels, banners, and other promotional assets to support our marketing campaigns and elevate brand visibility in accordance with the law.
• Copywriting & Engagement: Create compelling written content for a range of platforms such as blog posts, newsletters, press releases, and social media captions, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging as well as in accordance with the law.
• Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage events that showcase our healthcare services, foster community engagement, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Community & Influencer Relations: Build and nurture relationships with local organizations, expat communities, influencers, and other relevant groups to enhance brand awareness and advocacy.
• Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns across multiple online channels, including social media groups, forums, and community platforms. Proactively contribute to discussions to maintain a positive brand presence.
• Campaign & Event Coordination: Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and campaigns, including working with vendors, managing logistics, and evaluating post-event success.
• Market Research: Conduct (with others) market surveys to gain insights into customer preferences, needs, and trends, and use this data to inform marketing strategies.
• Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices to keep our strategies fresh and innovative.
• Additional Tasks: Carry out other tasks and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the marketing team

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in creative graphic design, visual content creation, and copywriting. Familiarity with both traditional and digital marketing techniques is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong skills in photography, videography, and multimedia content creation for various platforms (social media, websites, etc.).
• Community & Networking Expertise: Experience in community management and a solid understanding of influencer marketing and relationship-building in both local and international contexts.
• Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Ability to serve as a brand ambassador in both online and offline environments, including events, social media, and community forums.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare Passion: A genuine interest in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of the international expat community in Vietnam.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities and needs.
• Ability to work independently take initiative, and manage multiple projects efficiently with minimal supervision, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
