Monitor order processing systems to verify transactions and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle order-related issues by investigating and resolving them through our ticketing system.
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on time.
Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends in order-related tickets to management for process improvement.
Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting order processing.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and customer support.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple tasks without compromising quality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels (no phone/direct messaging required).
All applicants must have excellent, clear, and proficient English skills, especially in writing and listening. The role requires strong written English to communicate with native English-speaking customers. Spoken English is not required.
Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
Proficient in order management systems, databases, ticketing platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with logistics and inventory management is a plus.
Able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
