We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy HR Intern to join our team and support exciting digital initiatives, especially projects related to AI and employee engagement. This role offers hands-on experience with innovative tools and platforms in a modern HR environment.
1. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make delivery orders for customers.
Arrange import and export documents and send to the correct address/recipient as required.
Record warehouse data on the system.
Support CS in recording losses and insurance applications and key in SAP.
Take the lead in his/her job and ensure the workflow process runs smoothly.
Other related jobs will be adjusted and assigned by manager.
Report to the Section Manager.
2. QUALIFICATIONS:
Recent graduates/ students
Business English
Ability to manage confidential data
Able to work fulltime
Logical thinking
Eager to learn, have a positive attitude, are receptive to feedback, and excited to hone your skill.
3. BENEFIT
Salary: 200$/month
