Key Responsibilities

- Test and validate use cases for our internal AI-powered HR Chatbot.

- Support content creation (video form) for our e-learning platform.

- Take ownership of internal communications, including posting updates, stories, and engagement activities on Viva Engage.

- Assist in organizing and running HR events.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Human Resources, Business, Communications, IT, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Strong digital skills - comfortable with tech platforms and eager to explore new tools.

- Experience or ability to use basic photo/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.).

- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.

- Interest in AI, digital transformation, and improving the employee experience.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
